Booking policy

For closure, following a ministerial decree, of a country, a province, a region of residence or for the closure of our Trentino province, the cancellation policies will be as follows:

• - up to 30 days before arrival: refund of the deposit
• - from 29 to 10 days before arrival: the deposit paid can be used for a subsequent stay under the same conditions in the current season, compatibly with availability
• - from the 9th to the day of arrival the deposit will be retained

Check-in on line

To reduce the time spent at the reception, avoiding crowds, after booking you will be asked to send us a copy of your identity documents.

Our rooms

Careful cleaning has always been our strong point, this year particular attention will be paid to sanitizing all environments.
After each guest's departure, the rooms will be disinfected and sanitized with a professional hydrogen peroxide sanitizer to ensure the next guest
a sanitized and safe environment.
All our linen is treated with thermal sanitization processes and our laundry is certified by the biocontamination system required by the protocol.

Restaurant-Bar

We have revised the layout of our restaurant and bar to ensure adequate distances between guests.
Breakfast will be partly served and partly with buffet, according to regulations.
Dinner will be fully served and our beloved evening buffet will be replaced with appetizers served at the table.
To ensure adequate distancing, children up to 11 years of age will have breakfast, buffet / brunch and dinner in the Mini-Club room under the supervision of qualified personnel.
Eventually, children over the age of 11 will be able to access it if they wish

Common Spaces

They will be disinfected more frequently and continuously aired.
We will make particular attention to the sanitization of all the surfaces of greatest contact (such as the reception desk, lifts and related buttons, handles, switches, handrails).

Mini Club

To guarantee the safety of our little guests, it will be accessible from 4 years upwards only by reservation and with set times (there will be three shifts / programs available during the day). For greater hygiene, access will be allowed only with non-slip socks.

Health centre

Access to the center this year will be allowed only to adults, by reservation (there will be five slot available throughout the day). All safety and hygiene regulations will be observed.

Aesthetic treatments and massages

This year we have decided not to offer the service to guarantee you greater security.

Hotel Shuttle Service

Unfortunately, due to anti-Covid regulations, our mini-bus will not be available this winter. A track will be available for our customers for the short journey to the ski lifts.
