We inform all customers that rooms may differ from the images on the site.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

The rooms available from 14.00 onwards, check-out is due by 10:00 AM the day of departure. If you arrive before 14:00 or leave after 10:00, a luggage storage and a changing room is at your disposal with shower and toilet. If you leave before the scheduled date we will do our best to re-rent the room. If this is not possible we will have to charge you 70% of the cost of the room for the booked period. Late check-out is subject to rooms availability and to an additional charge of 50% of the cost of the room (until 20.00, brunch buffet at lunch time and dinner are included).

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% (of the total cost of the stay) sent by bank transfer or, if short-term, through communication of the credit card number with authorization to charge 30% of the total cost of the stay. As soon as we receive the deposit, your stay in the Dolomites will be definitively confirmed. We will send you a confirmation of your reservation.

CANCELLATION:

In case of cancellation: up to 2 months before the arrival date, no charges will be applied. Between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained for a subsequent stay on the same terms and in the same season, according to rooms availability. From 29 days before the arrival, guests will be charged of the total amount of the deposit. You may want to sign a travel insurance to cover your deposit even in case of unexpected events that may change your travel plans. Cancellation may be done up to 24 hours before the date and time set with no charges, after that time treatments booked will be charged of their entire cost.
